in December 2011, Sailesh had worked in two other organizations for
over 14 years both in India and the US, first at IBM India and more
recently at Wipro Technologies as a General Manager where he had a
global responsibility for people processes and capability building.
He is a post graduate rank holder in business management from the Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship
