Kishore Deshpande

Deshpande founded Universal Software Corporation in 1992 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Deshpande is a technology visionary, as well as the sales and recruiting strategist of the company. Under his guidance, Universal has experienced dynamic growth. In fact, Universal Software has been recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. several times by Inc. 500 magazine.

Previous to Universal Software, Deshpande worked as an independent software consultant providing technical services to companies including Sun Microsystems, Comverse Technologies, Cadre Technologies and other leading technology firms.

Deshpande holds a Master of Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnics, Worcester, MA, and a Master of Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.
