We are basically Portuguese descendants as my Grandparents r from Portugal, i am born and brought up in Mumbai, and now settled in Bangalore after relocating from Singapore. My Wife is a Homemaker with interest in Fashion Designing & Culinary Skills. My daughter is 18(Engineering) & Son is 17(IIHM)

i should be well settled in the companies i have started in terms of business and career aspects.

i continue to motivate and mentor my team to take independent decisions and give them the space to operate their work freely and also be responsible for their actions.

i would look back on the mistakes i have made earlier and ensure i do not repeat the same and try and become a more humble person in life.
The Journey So Far:
Started 22 yrs ago in the IT Technology Industry and worked in markets of India, Asia & Middle East in Sales, Marketing, Biz Development, Consulting & Practices in IT Infrastructure and Applications from being a Employee to Entrepreneur.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Being an Entrepreneur without any financial Support or VC Funding.
Degrees That Matter:
Practical Experience is the Best Degree or Certification to succeed in ones career.
Career Profile:
Bring in the Technology, Build the Services, Go to Market and work as a Team is very different when u r only a Sales Role.
Advice For New Professionals:
Be Humble in Life, Work Hard with a lot of Focus and Commitment towards the Larger Goal, have a Balance and Healthy Life.
Working Life Management:
I walk for 8 kms every day with sports like Tennis,TT, Carrom etc thrown in during the week. and spend my weekends only with the Family.
The Decisions That Matter
Quitting the Corporate Job and relocating from Singapore to Bangalore (and not Mumbai) for a better balance of Work and Life.
