Company Profile
Netvarth Technologies Inc. was founded in March 2007 at Folsom, CA. Netvarth Technologies Pvt Ltd was also formed in India in the same year.

Netvarth primarily offers mobile and web enabled software applications for the healthcare industry. For example, its flagship product "NetLIMS" is a Laboratory Information Management System for clinical laboratories. "NetlIMS" helps our clients to manage their customer operations in a seamless manner including automatic test-device interfacing and inter-branch results sharing. NetMD is our next product for  doctors and hospitals. NetMD will be piloted in one of the multi-branch hospital chain in Kerala by mid August 2013.

My Role
As the CEO, my role was more of  legal, HR, finance and marketing in the beginning and less of the actual development. But currently it is everything, but of course, with a fair amount of delegation so that all tasks more or less get accomplished on time.
Relationship with potential investors
Reaching out to potential investors has always been a challenge.  Since it's time taking and very rarely both the parties are ready, we didn't have any serious round of investment yet. But it should happen fairly soon as we are more or less ready for that.
companys culture
The culture of the company got evolved over the years. Since we had to depend on hiring freshers and training them, there was a lot of education and training aspects in the company culture.  But over the years, it got changed to more of accountability, team work and innovation, thanks to the loyal employee base and caring and committed management style.
Difficulties faced
Identifying the first customer was definitely a challenge! Since the MVP model (Minimal Viable Product) was not strictly followed, scope creep and lack of first customer dragged the initial development efforts considerably.
Advice to young entrepreneurs
Provide value to your customer, money will automatically come. Also, plan to follow the MVP model at the earliest.
