Challenges in recruitment process
Challenges are finding the right person for the right job for any IT related job. If you get some one- then 1. The resume is Fake 2. Person seems promising but back out for technical round of interview. 3. Takes the offer and dont join in time. Howerver the world is small there are still decent guys available to honour the commitments and join us in time or inform us teh delay and join later.
Attracting good people
Word of mouth from current employees and references attract good people some times. Retaining the better performers is always possible as we thrive to make them good and best by way of more training and hand holding. Advancing the best is some time is tricky but we do our best to satisfy the team at the best possible way which is beneficial to employer as well the employee.
Importance of E-Recruitment process
It has become one of the process and the recruiters need to think out of the box as the portals gives same resumes or unavailable resources. There are many ways to find people online and the best of the recruiters can do that...
Important point in Recruitment process
We consider- Near Location, Appropriate Skill Sets and availabily in time, and suitable package which is affordable and acceptable by the employee
Recruitment Approches
Portal Advertisements, Search portals and Call or contact people in our data base by way of e Email. try and give clear picture so that there are no possibility of false promising etc.
In House recruitment process
We beleive only in inhouse training and no third party help etc. This is very important that we get the right targetted man power as our inhouse recruiters are well trained and equiped to do this process in a right manner.
Initiative taken by Professionals to develop a country
There are different approach to it and basic thing will be transperancy and trusting each other. This way we have trusted employers who will have trusted employee's. This way the family can grow and this family can surely help the country grow. Right now lot of big organisations are part of it and im sure the growing one's like ours will join this band wagon soon.

We are family 50 Plus successfula and hard working employees and we try to build the confidence eighter side. Really proud to be Heading this exciting team in India with the Help of hard work put in by few of my co workers.
Upcoming Trends in Recruiting
It is always dynamic and it is not right to predict the trends, but the fact remians we have lot of talents in this country and we need to plan and utilise it in right way and training should start on campus and the syllabus should change to the level of industry expectations. This will help the recruiters to find right talents at the early time and training becomes easy.
My achievements
Others should talk about my achivements but i always proud of Growing with this industry who has given us Infosys to start and recent past CTS and the list grows more and more... I am proud of lot of technicrats from hardware industry helping It and ITES grow smoothly by providing high support levels.
Thoughts on India education system
I touched this in some of my previous answer, again we have good colleges good infrastructure, but i hear that colleges introduce good course but they dont get teachers and even text books. Students are smart enough to browse and take good material from the web, i am happy that over 50% of our students are doing good and having better knowledge than the teachers they have... Industry participation is must now and universities should now partner with mid size companies to work with them closely. Recently our Training Division people worked with few Engineering colleges in South india and the response from the students are very good and many come forward and ask that teach us good communication skills!!! They feel that the lectures in class room system is boring and wants more interactive sessions etc. Surely the universities should revisit and align with small and medium industry to help them create better future for studnts,when they are employable with large company they are Fit.
My advice to upcoming leaders
Be more committed, accept the fact that flexible timings will be the future and they cant stick to conventional hours and loose good job opportunity. Take additional training wherever possible and go for certification to get more opportunities for growth. Respect the co- workers esp. when you are on offshore project and work with employees from multiple companies and employers.
