Before founding the Academy for Excellence in Management Education, he was a part of a team as their Chief Operating Officer, which created one of the world’s largest Institutes in Clinical Research in India. Mr. He was also part of a team that created an Institute that forayed into healthcare and hospital management to cater to the ever growing manpower demands of the Healthcare and Medical  Tourism industries in India.
